New PPN Resource Handbook Available

A Public Participation Network (PPN) is a structure that brings together Community and Voluntary, Environmental and Social Inclusion groups in each local authority area. Created using the guide that was last updated in May 2017, this new handbook is available for download- a valuable resource!

Dublin Bus: Community Spirit Awards

Since 2004, Dublin Bus has been supporting grassroots voluntary and community groups across the Greater Dublin Area through the Community Spirit Awards. For more information and to find the application form, please see the link below!

Councillor Anthony Flynn contacted DCIF about the ICHH Response Team. Their mobile outreach support vehicles and staff will be available to provide assistance to those within the NEIC/Cabra/Glasnevin and surrounding districts. If you are aware of anyone who maybe cocooning, isolating, on the pandemic unemployment payment & may require additional supports such as a food parcels, medication collection or other supports, this can be organised by calling the number above Monday-Sunday from 

10-6pm and the teams can assist. The teams deal with referrals in confidence.

DCIF Faith Leaders and Standing Against   Domestic Violence

As mentioned, Anna from the Offaly Domestic Violence Support Service aims to connect with faith leaders to bring more awareness and resources to ethnic minority communities in Ireland. She was kind enough to share some of the resources already created; please click the button below to look at the brochures and learn more and focus on moving forward with this project.
