We all know the road to success is rarely a straight line, right? Well, I hit the plateau today when I sat to write this week's newsletter.

Old me would've gone nuts. I still hear the "What am I gonna dooo?" from a few years ago. 😅

The reality is, anyone can hit a plateau, no matter what they’re doing.

Here’s what I did to break through it:

📌 Find your "why" and "what". 
Why do I write newsletters? Today, it was to inspire and spread a bit of kindness. Maybe your goal is to promote a best-selling product or share how your service has helped thousands feel better.

📌 Seek and you shall find.
When writer’s block set in, I knew it was time to look for inspiration. Exploring newsletters from other brands and creators helped me uncover fresh ideas and reminded me that simplicity often works best.

📌 Relax.
When the pressure is high, sometimes the best thing to do is walk away. By stepping back and giving myself a break, I allowed my brain to reset. When I returned to the task, the words flowed more easily.

📌 Break it down.
If you're stuck, try breaking your task into smaller, manageable chunks. Focusing on one piece at a time can make the whole process feel less overwhelming and more achievable.

Oh, the irony... As I wrestled with my own plateau, it hit me: why not make this the newsletter’s topic? The problem became the solution. 😀

Remember, everyone gets stuck once in a while. Don’t stress—you’re doing great!
