Happy September X Chapter Family!
When I woke up this morning, it was in the 60s. Might sound warm to you if you live in the north. But here in Florida, temps in the 60s are when we get the hoodies out and put the tops down! Fall has finally arrived-at least for today.
Thanks again to Sean Troy, Mr. X, for sharing his insight and knowledge on our webinar on 9/17. If you missed it, I encourage you to follow him on social media. He's a walking encyclopedia of all things X5 especially the E53. I mean who else has had the opportunity to buy a car from a drug dealer?
Elections: The X Chapter needs you. We currently are accepting nominations for VP and Secretary. You must be a member in good standing for at least 1 year. At the end of the year, our Treasurer is stepping down. You must be a member in good standing for at least 2 years and have accounting experience for this role. Please contact me or another board member or more information.
On December 9th, we are hosting our virtual social and annual meeting. Registration is open for Wunderbar Wine Wednesday. Bring your favorite beverage and snack, along with the recipes for both, and be ready to share what you’re sipping and snacking on with the group. We’ll swap recipes, recap the highlights (and adventures!) of the past year and chat about what’s in store for the year ahead.
Our CCA Chapters have some amazing events coming up. I encourage you to check the calendar of other chapters when you are traveling. There's no better way to spend time with other Bimmer enthusiasts.

Let's talk about this month's updates:
Volunteers Needed: The Chapter remains in need of volunteers to assist with many chapter functions - if you have an hour or two per month that you can share, please reach out to volunteer your time. Remember, CCA chapters are 100% volunteer run and it's up to all of us to share our time to make the club what we want.
Elections: Chapter Elections will be held in November for Secretary and Vice President. We are also in need of someone with accounting skills. Please contact me or a fellow board member for more information if you are interested in being a part of the most Xcellent CCA board!

Member Spotlight: Want to have your X featured in an upcoming newsletter or on our social media? Our fabulous new Membership Director is starting a new program. Submit a good quality photo and a short write-up (50-100 words) to Keisha. She'll take it from there. Let's see those Xs!!!
