A Special Buzz - Let's Celebrate Neighbourhood House Week!

Neighbourhood House Week is celebrated annually by neighbourhood houses across Metro Vancouver. It is a time when everyone connected to and impacted by a neighbourhood house comes together to share stories, make connections, and celebrate the growth of the Neighbourhood House Movement! 



We would like to invite you to visit one of our Burnaby Neighbourhood House's Open Houses for coffee/tea and cookies and learn more about our programs and services!

This year’s theme, “How We Grow Together,” is about celebrating the invaluable role of neighbourhood houses in our communities. Neighbourhood houses are more than just physical spaces: they are a home away from home where people of all ages, backgrounds, and experiences can come together to connect and grow. From youth to seniors, newcomers to long-time residents, neighbourhood houses are dedicated to working alongside a broad spectrum of people. Together, with our neighbours, we foster a deep sense of community that goes beyond geographical boundaries, allowing everyone to feel that they belong.
