September / Autumn Edition

It’s been a while since my last newsletter, and I'm excited to reconnect.
As the seasons shift and we move through new cycles of growth and change, it feels like the perfect time to reach out and celebrate the continued journey and learning within our community.

🍁 Welcoming Autumn: A Season of Release

As we welcome the arrival of autumn, we’re invited to slow down, reflect, and gently release what no longer serves us, much like the trees letting go of their leaves. It’s a season of transition and transformation, offering us space to turn inward and reconnect with our inner stillness. Autumn can be a powerful time to cultivate grounding, gratitude, and presence. Whether you're embracing change or seeking a moment of calm, this season reminds us to honour the process and trust the rhythm of nature.

Just like the trees let go of their leaves in autumn not with fear, but with quiet trust may we too learn to release what no longer serves us, knowing that in doing so, we make room for new growth.

Letting go isn’t about forgetting, denying, or suppressing what we feel. It doesn’t mean giving up or pretending that things don’t matter. Instead, letting go means releasing the emotional grip that certain thoughts, memories, or expectations have on us.

It’s the moment we stop trying to control outcomes.
It’s choosing peace over perfection.
It’s accepting that some things are out of our hands and that’s okay.

Letting go creates energetic space. When we hold tightly to pain, anger, fear, or resentment, our energy becomes blocked. But when we release those attachments even just a little we invite flow, clarity, and healing to return.

Letting go can look like taking a deep breath instead of reacting. Choosing compassion over judgment. Practicing gratitude in the face of disappointment. Trusting that your healing is unfolding in its own time.

It’s a practice, not a one-time event. And Reiki offers us a gentle, supportive space to return to again and again as we soften, release, and reconnect with the present moment.

Reiki Reflection: Letting Go with Grace
Try this gentle autumn Reiki practice at home:
Find a quiet space. Sit comfortably.
Place your hands on your heart, belly, or wherever feels right.
Take three deep, grounding breaths.
Invite Reiki to flow and silently say:
“I allow what no longer serves me to gently fall away. I release what no longer serves me.
With each breath, I welcome peace, trust, and new beginnings.
I am safe to let go. I am open to receive.”
Sit in this stillness and allow whatever arises to be met with compassion.

The Power of Reiki II Symbols: Unlocking Energetic Flow with Crystals

Reiki II symbols are sacred symbols that help practitioners focus and direct energy with intention. They are not simply drawings; they are powerful energetic keys that carry specific vibrational frequencies. These symbols serve as mental tools to help us connect with higher energies for emotional healing, physical wellness, and even long-distance Reiki.
